How to set up review requests

Connect review sites
Google Business Profile (must be verified) and your Facebook Page.
- Step 2
Turn on requests
Reputation → Settings: SMS and/or email, the first delay and the number of retries.
- Step 3
Choose the destination
Google, review balancing across platforms, or a custom link.

From a contact record, or with the “Review Request” workflow action.
