Setup
Set up the app in four steps
- Step 1
Download the right app
HighLevel or LeadConnector from the App Store or Google Play (or your agency’s branded app).
- Step 2
Log in and pick the sub-account
Use your normal HighLevel login. Agency users can switch between sub-accounts.
- Step 3
Turn on calling
In the web app, set your number to forward inbound calls to the app; then allow microphone access on the phone.
- Step 4
Allow notifications
In the phone’s settings and inside the app, so new messages and bookings reach you.
HighLevel guides: inbound calls on mobile · outbound calls · Conversation AI on mobile.
Desktop
The GoHighLevel desktop app
Same account and data as the browser, in its own window with native notifications.
macOS, Windows, Linux
Linux in Debian and Red Hat packages for x64 and arm64.
Native notifications
New messages pop up like any desktop app. Allow notifications in your OS first.
Branded logins work
With a white-label domain, sign-in goes through your branded login.

Agencies
A white-label app for your agency
Put your brand, not HighLevel’s, on your clients’ phones.
Is it worth it?
- Worth it if you sell HighLevel as your own software (SaaS Mode)
- Not needed for most agencies: point clients to LeadConnector
- Test app updates on an internal sub-account first: customisations can break

Best practice
How to use the GoHighLevel app efficiently
Pin your four modules
Usually conversations, calendar, opportunities and payments.
Reply with snippets
Save common replies (prices, directions, booking link) as snippetssnippets: Saved reply templates you can insert into any message with a tap..
Text-to-pay on site
Send the invoice before you leave the job.
Move the deal right away
Update the stage after every call so workflows send the right next message.
Mute what you don’t need
Notifications for your own leads only, or the app gets ignored.
Use the desktop app at your desk
Native alerts beat a forgotten browser tab.
What users ask
GoHighLevel app questions from Reddit, answered
“LeadConnector app or the HighLevel app?”
A common question from agencies setting up clients.
Fix Same app, different name. Give clients LeadConnector if you don’t want the HighLevel brand visible; pay for the white-label app only if you need your own brand in the store.

Users discuss the app’s design and reliability.
Fix Older versions drew complaints about the design. The v4 redesign added a new home screen, search and dark mode, so judge the current version on a trial.
