Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what you give us when you book a call or contact us, plus anonymous visit statistics from Google Analytics. We don’t sell your data, we don’t run ad trackers, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
This website is run by Revset Labs (“Revset”, “we”), based in Lahore, Pakistan. For anything about your data, email contact@revset.online.
What we collect
- When you book a call or contact us: your name, email, phone number and anything you choose to tell us in the form.
- When you become a client: the business details and account access needed to deliver the service, under a separate agreement and NDA.
- When you visit the site: our host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
- Visit statistics: Google Analytics 4 records which pages are viewed, how visitors found us, clicks on links to GoHighLevel and our booking calendar, and approximate location and device type. It uses first-party cookies, except for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, where it runs without cookies. Google Analytics doesn’t store IP addresses.
We’ve switched off Google’s advertising features (Google signals and ad personalisation), so visit statistics aren’t used for ads. We don’t use other trackers or third-party fonts. You can block Google Analytics with your browser’s privacy settings or Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Why we use it
- To hold the call you booked and reply to your questions (you asked us to).
- To deliver services you’ve hired us for (our contract with you).
- To keep the website secure (our legitimate interest).
- To understand which pages help visitors, using aggregated visit statistics (our legitimate interest).
We don’t sell or rent your personal data, and we don’t use it for automated decisions about you.
Who processes it for us
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) runs our booking calendar and CRM, so your booking details are stored in our HighLevel account.
- Cloudflare hosts and protects this website.
- Google (Google Analytics) provides our visit statistics.
- Tools we use to deliver client work, such as Slack, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Loom and Zoom, when you’re a client.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards.
Affiliate links
When you click a link to gohighlevel.com, you leave our site. HighLevel and its affiliate tracking may set cookies to record that you came from Revset. That’s covered by HighLevel’s privacy policy, not ours. See our affiliate disclosure.
How long we keep it
Booking and enquiry details: for as long as we’re in contact, and up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client records: for as long as the law requires for accounting and contracts. Visit statistics: up to 14 months in Google Analytics.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU or UK under GDPR, California under the CCPA, or Australia under the Privacy Act 1988), you can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email contact@revset.online; we’ll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection regulator.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
