What does AI Employee Unlimited include?
Conversation AI and Voice AI (inbound, outbound and website widget) without usage caps, subject to fair use, plus unlimited Reviews AI and Content AI, 3× the Ask AI and AI Studio usage of Growth, and 1,000 Managed Agent runs a month. Phone System charges still apply.
What does AI Employee Growth include?
1,000 Conversation AI responses and 100 Voice AI minutes a month (inbound, outbound and widget combined), 100 Managed Agent runs, and unlimited Reviews AI and Content AI. Usage beyond the allowance is billed at pay-per-use rates.
Is the $97 AI plan really unlimited?
It’s unlimited subject to fair use. HighLevel says it may throttle, limit or require upgrades for excessive use, and phone charges for calls are never included.
Is GoHighLevel AI priced per agency or per sub-account?
Per enabled sub-account (location). Ten sub-accounts on Unlimited cost $970/month in AI alone.
How much does one Conversation AI reply cost on pay-per-use?
It depends on the model and how much text the AI reads. In our example (3,000 tokens in, 150 out), a reply costs about $0.0011 on GPT-5 Mini and about $0.0052 on GPT-5.
Which AI tools are free in GoHighLevel?
Funnel and Website AI, Email AI, the Workflow AI builder and the Knowledge Base are free on every plan, subject to fair use.
Can I rebill AI costs to my clients?
Yes, but only on the Agency Pro ($497/month) agency plan. On Starter or Unlimited, AI usage is paid by your agency.
How do I stop surprise AI charges?
Set an AI Usage Limit and choose “Block AI at the limit”, so AI stops instead of running into overages. Review spend by location in the agency-level AI Suite.
How do I audit unexpected Conversation AI charges?
Switch to Agency view and open the AI Suite. It shows AI spend, tokens, transactions and model usage per location. Check whether the location is on pay-per-use, Growth or Unlimited before assuming a billing error.
How much does Reviews AI cost?
On pay-per-use, $0.01 for each AI-assisted review reply you actually send. Up to four suggestions per review are free. It’s unlimited on Growth and Unlimited.
