- Step 3
Rebilling multiplier
If you rebill clients, a multiplier you set (default 1.05×) applies on top.

What users report
Common GoHighLevel WhatsApp problems
From HighLevel’s community board and help-centre guidance.
“I can’t find how to cancel WhatsApp in a sub-account”
Users on HighLevel’s ideas board reported no sub-account button to turn the add-on off (thread from December 2023).
Fix Contact HighLevel support to remove it, and only enable WhatsApp on sub-accounts that will use it, since the fee is per sub-account.

Service replies beyond 1,000 per number and in-window utility messages became billable on 1 October 2026.
Fix Check how many service replies each number sends a month; busy support numbers now cost money.

Meta reviews every template and can reclassify a “utility” message as marketing.
Fix Keep templates clearly transactional for utility, avoid promotional wording, and use real variables.

Business-initiated calls aren’t available for numbers registered in the US, Canada, Egypt, Vietnam or Nigeria.
