Unregistered or rejected A2P 10DLC is the most common cause. Carriers filter unregistered business texts.
Fix Register your brand and campaign in Settings → Phone System → Trust Center before you send.

Usual reasons: legal name or EIN doesn’t match tax records, a broken or unfinished website, no visible SMS consent, weak sample messages.
Fix Open the rejected campaign, click “View required fixes”, fix every listed issue (not just one), then resubmit. Resubmissions have no extra vetting fee.
